This hot power flow yoga class will light your fire and ignite your soul so expect to be physically and emotionally challenged. Class consists of empowering music and messaging, intelligent sequencing and hands on assists designed to open and strengthen your mind, body and soul. Expect to feel inspired, grounded and powerful! Class is heated.


Hip. Hot. Hard. This advanced yoga class will get your heart pounding, your head bobbing, and sweat dripping. Get ready to flow through 3 challenging mini sequences…all to your favorite hip hop music. Think interval training…but on your yoga mat! The trademarked sequencing is specifically designed to open up the body and get you of your head. Class is heated and not recommended for beginners.


During this heated class, you will hold a series of deep stretch postures that will open and release tightness and tension. Longer holds promote flexibility beneath the muscular surface to reach more deeply into the connective tissue and joints. This class will leave you with more openness in bo­dy and mind.


Our non-heated power flow is a fun, challenging and soulful class. Cool VIBE5 consists of uplifting music, body friendly sequencing and hands on assists designed to challenge and inspire you on every level. Expect to feel recharged and ready to go with the flow! Class is non-heated and we even run the fans!


Rocket Yoga: Dubbed the original power yoga, The Rocket is a set of routines based off the Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series. Created by Larry Schultz, the dynamic Rocket routines are designed to build strength and flexibility and leave the body charged with energy. It is for students of all levels who want to be challenged in a playful, accessible way.


For those new to their mat or for those just wanting to get back to their foundation, our New VIBE5 full body flow is where you will explore the fundamentals of yoga poses and vinyasa flow. You will learn to connect your breath to your movements at an intentional, yet moderate pace. Class is non-heated.



This cross-training class fuses power yoga, weights and TRX strength training for a kick-asana workout. Every session will give you a rigorous high intensity interval training experience designed to strengthen and tone your muscles, while increasing cardio capacity and endurance. Expect to feel empowered, strong and energized. Class is non-heated.
Athletic shoes recommended, mat required.


Our 45 minute Core+ VIBE5 class is a perfect stand-alone or add-on class that will form your core and work your upper body, leaving you with a defined mid-section and chiseled arms, chest and back muscles. Expect to work hard to an upbeat playlist and finish feeling strengthened and empowered. Recommended as a single workout or perfect to pair with the HotVibe5 flow class following. No heat. No flow. Just results!



Our signature boot camp class is a mentally and physically challenging workout that is guaranteed to bring out your inner-athlete. The cardio and TRX strength training style class will make your heart pound, body sweat and energize you to the core. Expect to be pushed to your limits, but not over the edge. Class is non-heated.

Yoga is growing in popularity among teens and VIBE5 has designed a class specifically for them. TeenVIBE5 is our very popular 60 minute class designed to help teens unplug, and have fun. This asana flow class integrates postures, breath, meditation and mindfulness, providing a perfect combination to help teens strengthen their bodies while learning the importance of self-acceptance on and off the mat. This class is designed for middle school and high school students.


Guru Girls Yoga Founder, Margot Brinley, is bringing “Lessons from the Mat” to Vibe5 for girls 4th through 8th grade. This yoga-based program empowers young girls through mindfulness, yoga and fun. The class is designed to increase adolescent girls’ self-confidence and resilience through the power of the mind-body connection to make healthy life choices in middle school and the years beyond. Each session will include a “Lesson from the Mat”, yoga poses, breath work, restorative Savasana and a mindfulness activity and discussion. Margot Brinley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hr RYT), Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) who specializes in working with tween/adolescent girls.
